- Curriculum Development:
A comprehensive curriculum is designed to cover essential life skills, including personal hygiene, cooking, budgeting, time management, and job readiness.
- Daily Living Skills:
Boys participate in daily activities that teach practical skills. For example, they may take turns cooking meals, doing laundry, and cleaning their living spaces under the guidance of staff.
- Financial Literacy Classes:
Regular classes are held to teach boys about managing money, budgeting, saving, and understanding credit. Interactive activities, such as creating a personal budget or managing a mock bank account, are included.
- Job Readiness Training:
Workshops and training sessions focus on resume writing, job search strategies, interview skills, and workplace etiquette. Partnerships with local businesses may provide opportunities for job shadowing or internships.
- Social Skills Development:
Role-playing exercises, group discussions, and social outings are organized to help boys develop communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills.

Boys are paired with adult mentors who provide guidance, support, and real-world insights into various aspects of life and career planning.
